My wife and I had a late lunch, and tried Cowboy Jacks for the first time. We definitely got plenty of food for the money, and will certainly return. The chicken was well seasoned and still very juicy - dry chicken is a peeve of mine so I was quite pleased with it. The jalapeño cornbread was the surprise of the meal - sweet, not too dry, and with a spicy kick - I could've made a meal out of that alone. My wife had the Jack's Salad with a shrimp adder, and it was massive! The black beans and corn were a nice touch, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. We look forward to going back one evening and sampling some drinks.

NY strip was AWESOME. Pretzel bits perfect with a beer or just as an appetizer. Service was friendly. Very old town western look.

We went there for lunch. The place is very chill and staff is really friendly and helpful in assisting us on ordering. I would say the price point is totally worth it for what we got. The food is plentiful and sides were delicious. The ribeye steak is sourced locally and tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. I personally really enjoyed their bean/veggie soup. All in all we really enjoyed the restaurant.
